A leading US firm is now recruiting for a 2-5 year PQE Solicitor to join the highly regarded team. Due to year on year growth the firm requires a high calibre Corporate Lawyer to help strengthen their team.
Ideally you will come from a similar firm and have experience of dealing with US clients. A US qualification is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will have experience of general corporate work including M&A, and Private equity work.
