Our client, a niche conveyancing firm based in Middlesex is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team on a full time locum basis due to a holiday cover requirement. This firm pride themselves on providing a high quality tailored service to their clients and client care is at the forefront of everything they do. The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer who can commit to various holiday cover requirements and can hit the ground running on a locum basis.

This opportunity will allow the Residential Conveyancer to run a full caseload of matters which will include: sales, purchases, retirement housing, remortgages and transfer of equity. Applications for this Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licences conveyancers, legal executives or qualified by experience who have at least 5 years' PQE and had gained considerable experience dealing with a wide range of conveyancing matters. Ideally the Residential Conveyancer can be flexible with their hours and will be technically sound.
