Residential Conveyancer

Based in Liverpool, our client, a multi service law firm, has boasted an enviable reputation for providing an unrivalled client service for a number of years. Due to a holiday cover requirement, the firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy firm on a full time locum basis. The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer who can commit to a short term role and is technically sound.

This opportunity will allow the Residential Conveyancer to run a full caseload of matters which will include: sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold and some right to buy matters. Applications for this Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers, legal executives or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE. Ideally the Residential Conveyancer will be able to hit the ground running in this short term locum role.
