Our client, a global industrial company, is seeking a proactive senior lawyer with business acumen to lead and empower its regional legal team based in Shanghai. Together with the lead team, you will be responsible for all compliance and legal matters in APAC including M&A transactions, corporate governance, joint ventures, commercial contracts, litigation and risk mitigation.
