Our client, a nationally recognised company, is looking to recruit a solicitor with experience in enfranchisement and lease extensions to join their In-house legal department, reporting directly to the Group Legal Counsel.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years PQE and knowledge in both property and landlord and tenant law with specific knowledge of collective enfranchisement law.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Running cases on bulk lease extensions (statutory or agreed deals)
- Enfranchisement and Right to Manage claims, Deeds of Variation including correspondence, negotiations, drafting notices
- General litigation
- Completions and post completion matters such as consents and where necessary registrations
- Intercompany transfers and drafting of leases
Candidates will be considered on a full or part-time/ flexible hours basis. They are also happy to consider candidates from a private practice or in-house background. The company offer a very generous salary and discretionary bonus scheme.
