A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a legal 500 firm based in Christchurch.

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will have their own caseload and will work on a broad range of transactions including buying, and selling commercial property, drafting and negotiating leases, estate management and potentially including options, conditional contracts and development related matters.  Excellent career prospects and a clear route to partnership is available to the right candidate.

THE CANDIDATE:

You are a competent commercial property lawyer who is ready to take the step up to an Associate level position. You have a real drive and want to develop and work your way up to partnership with the firm within the next few years. You have a real commitment to providing excellent client service and take pride in the work you do.
