Banking and Finance – Sydney – 3-7 pqe ( AUS)  2-5 pqe (UK)     

DERIVATIVES, ENERGY AND PROJECT FINANCE & DEVELOPMENT

Our client is a premium independent law firm seeking a senior banking and finance lawyer to join their team in their Sydney office. You will have 3-7 ( AUS)  2-5  (UK) years post qualification experience in finance and would like to use your skills across a broad range of banking & finance transactions including (but not limited to) project finance, corporate and structured finance and derivatives. The team advises borrowers, sponsors, equity investors and government bodies on matters of project finance and major projects, particularly power generation, infrastructure and resource projects.

You will be a team player and will be offered support and professional development as part of this collegiate and dynamic team.
