Excellent new job in Conveyancing for a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer based in Warwickshire.

Your new company
You will be joining a well-established and respected private practice. Due to continued growth and expansion, this tier 1 ranked firm is currently recruiting a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or a Licensed Conveyancer to join their Conveyancing team based in Warwickshire.

Your new role
You will be working alongside an experienced and passionate team primarily dealing with social housing projects as well as commercial and residential property. Some of your duties will include exchanging contracts and completing transactions, as well as dealing with all financial aspects of a transaction.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience and background within Conveyancing will lead to your success along with your ability to work well as part of a team. You'll have strong written and oral communication skills and you will also possess great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.You will be expected to handle your own caseload and will also be expected to be able to advise and negotiate effectively.
