HR and Employment Law Consultant

A leading Employment Law and HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced HR Consultant / Employment Law Adviser to join the successful team based from the offices in Cheshire.

Priding itself on providing outstanding and quality customer service, the company provides Employment Law and HR Advisory services to a varied commercial client base ranging from SMEs, OMBs and larger businesses operating within a variety of sectors.

We are currently looking for an additional HR Consultant to join the team to advise on all areas of HR and employment law, including terms and conditions, disciplinary and grievance, sickness and absence, performance and misconduct, TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, dismissal, employee relations, recruitment etc. You will also help produce and review contracts of employment, employee handbooks and other HR documentation. Seeing matters through from start to finish will give you the opportunity to build strong rapport and effective relationships with your clients.
