Archiving Assistant – Worcester
Are you a recent graduate seeking your first role within a highly reputable law firm?
Our client is seeking a recent graduate to join their archiving team based in their Worcester office. You will assist fee earners of all levels including paralegals, legal executives and solicitors and your key duties will include;
- Collecting legal files ready for closure
- Closing matters on their database
- Archiving and sending files to the storage department
- Carrying boxes to and from the office
Previous experience is not required as you will be fully trained in this role. However, as you will be working in a busy and demanding environment, you will need to be conscientious, organised and have good administration skills, along with good communication skills.
There may also be a need for you to travel to the firm’s various office locations, so an ability to drive and have access to your own vehicle is required.
The firm will offer you a competitive salary and a generous benefit scheme including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, a choice of pension schemes, staff referral schemes and gym membership contribution.
