Motor Claims Handler

Major national Firm are seeking a Motor Claims Handler to work in their Glasgow team. The main responsibilities of the role will be to handle a caseload of Motor damage claims. You will be handling the claim from the outset through to litigation, if necessary, managing the litigation process through to court and enforcement where required. This will include taking initial instruction and drafting and issuing court proceedings, negotiating settlements and dealing with relevant correspondence. Previous experience of RTA/Motor liability is very much preferred however not essential.
