Description

Contentious Construction Associate - City firm

You will be involved in all aspects of contentious construction.

Work will include but not limited to:

- Adjudication

- TCC litigation

- Arbitration

- Litigation

Both domestically and on occasions internationally. The group has a strong presence in Europe.

Types of work will encompass real estate development, infrastructure and energy.

Clients include leading contractors, subcontractors, engineers, FTSE 10 companies international developers.
