Specialist practice seek Family Law Advocate
The Firm
Our client is looking for an advocate to join its well-regarded family law specialist practice in London. The niche firm offer advice over a range of family matters and hold multiple accreditations for its quality of work. Dealing with cases from tribunals to supreme court, the firm are dedicated to resolving disputes amicably and less contentiously.
The Role
The position is for a full time permanent family advocate in the firm’s Central London office. The role will include advocacy in a range of family law issues including childcare, domestic violence, relationship breakdowns, divorce, dissolutions and financial disputes. The work will be primarily LAA public law cases. A competitive remunerations package will be offered to the successful candidate.
The Candidate
You must be a barrister or a qualified solicitor with civil higher rights of audience.
You must have at least 5+ years PQE.
You will have solid experience in family law.
