Defendant MOJ Portal Fee Earner

One of the most established Defendant Insurance Law Firms in the UK have opportunities for MOJ Portal Fee Earners to join their team based in Liverpool. Known as one of the leaders in innovation and best practice, they can provide you with a quality mark in training that will set you up for a promising career (both with the firm and if you move on)

Working as part of a supportive team in Liverpool you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of litigated matters right through to MOJ stage 3 hearing. Your role will be working solely on MOJ files but you will have the potential to move on to liability cases in the future. You will communicate directly with third parties over the telephone, draft court documents, attend hearings, ensuring all important dates are diarised through the case management system.

This role is working on a 12-month fixed term contract initially, however there are strong opportunities there after with the firm (and they are more than happy to discuss this with you at interview) You will also have the benefit of working flex-time with your working hours, as long as you work the standard 35 per week you are able to choose your own start and finish times (starting anytime between 8-10am and finishing between 4-6pm – it’s totally up to you!)
