Residential Conveyancer

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Residential Conveyancer to join a dynamic Residential department. This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer who is looking to establish an excellent long term future career with a renowned growing firm.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will deal with day to day workload of Residential Conveyancing from appointment through to completion with limited supervision. You will be required to competently liaise with clients and external resources, ensuring appropriate knowledge and understanding of Residential Conveyancing is maintained and kept up to date including, but not limited to, Freehold titles; Leasehold titles; Unregistered titles; Shared Ownership; Rights to buy and Help to Buy. 

You will possess strong communication and numeracy skills and be PC literate. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential, along with good organisation skills.
