One of the US' leading Law Firms is recruiting a new HR Operations Administrator to support the London office on an initial 9-12 month fixed term contract. Responsibilities will include inputting all data entry in PeopleSoft, processing new hires and leavers, providing support and guidance to London office personnel in the use of PeopleSoft, providing back-up support to the international offices in updating PeopleSoft, ensuring any technical issues with the system are raised effectively and offering support in testing bug/issue fixes and developments, providing support to the secretarial manager in approving timesheets, inputting monthly changes to payroll, providing support for the preparation and validation of the monthly payroll information, monitoring and tracking leave of absences, assisting with the annual renewal of benefits, screening telephone calls as appropriate, scheduling meetings and any other ad hoc duties as required. Previous experience of working with HR systems is desirable, as is experience with PeopleSoft. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills and must be able to liaise with personnel across all levels of the firm. There is a salary of up to £25,000 on offer for this role for the successful candidate, plus a generous benefits package.
