Plot Sales Conveyancer

Our client, a leading UK award winning Law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Plot Sales Conveyancer to join their expanding department. The role will be based in the Manchester office and salary will be negotiable depending on experience

On a day to day basis you will be required to manage your own case-load of Plot Sales from instruction to completion including issuing Plot Sale Contracts, dealing with enquires and processing the exchange of contracts.

Applications are welcomed from candidates with two years recent experience in Plots Sales/Conveyancing, who have the ability to both work within a team as well as managing their own case-load. You must have an enthusiastic approach to your work together with the ability and a want to learn and adapt.
