Commercial Property Legal Counsel - PART-TIME

Your new company
Successful property investment company looking to appoint its first in-house legal counsel to manage all legal real estate matters as the business takes a new strategic direction.

Your new role
You will report directly into the CEO as sole counsel, working closely with the business, with the support of an expert team of external lawyers. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of legal work, mainly around the letting of office or retail space, including sale and purchase agreements and commercial property leases.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified solicitor with a solid technical background in commercial property law and able to provide robust legal advice. You will also be looking to work on a part-time basis, ideally reduced hours over 4 days.
