Residential Conveyancer, Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: Competitive plus bonus
My client, a well-regarded, full service Newcastle law firm, urgently requires an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its large successful team.
You will be fully responsible for running your own caseload of residential property files from instruction through to post completion, covering a wide variety of residential sales and purchase (freehold/leasehold), new build and shared ownership transactions.
There is an established team in place and you will benefit from their expertise and assist in marketing and developing the department by networking locally with estate agents and other professionals and building on the existing client base.
You will either be a Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal with a minimum of two years’ residential conveyancing experience.
In addition, you will be self-motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is capable of working to strict timescales.
