Residential Conveyancer

A Residential Conveyancer is required for a permanent opportunity with an expanding firm in Surrey.

Applications are welcomed from individuals with a minimum of 2 years experience regardless of qualification.

You will be responsible for advising on residential property transactions to include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, buy-to-lets, leasehold transactions, and new build transactions, including shared ownership schemes

The successful individual must be competent in reporting and delivering management information to Partners together with a thorough knowledge of case management systems.

Sound written and oral communication skills and an ability to multi task and willingness to take instructions is also essential.

The firm requires someone who is enthusiastic, and ambitious with excellent communication skills and an ability to get on with people. You should be prepared to build relationships and understand the department’s key clients, the industry they operate in and the challenges they face. This may involve participation in marketing events, seminars and generally being able to work with minimum supervision, building on their experience.
