Top US law firm based in the city is looking to hire a new Learning & Development Assistant on an initial 3 month fixed term contract, however there is potential for this role to become permanent. Responsibilities will include logging CVs into the legal recruitment database, maintaining CPD records for fee earners, organising internal training sessions, assisting lawyers with booking external training courses, arranging payment for departmental invoices and any other duties as required. You will also have the opportunity to assist with any graduate recruitment administrative tasks such as arranging interviews, managing the application forms and processing interview expenses. Candidates must be confident, enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful applicant will be offered excellent on the job training, including being introduced to the firm’s systems, and will receive on-going mentoring in order to progress and enhance your skills. Standard working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
