Legal Counsel

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a global organisation to be based in Dublin. The role will be for a 6 month contract and will work for a leading Technology organisation

The role will involve:

• large scale contract negotiations for the innovative communication solutions business unit.
• The work will centre around negotiating with some large corporates in Ireland (such as Banks, professional service firms, Government department public procurement processes) to close contracts for either standard or bespoke products and services.
• The general contract structure will be an overarching Master Services Agreement  (MSA) with bespoke product service schedules “hanging” from the MSA.

Telecoms/technology industry experience is essential, The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE, have excellent communication skills and be available to start on short notice.
