An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced First Response Advisor to join a Liverpool based law firm within the busy MOJ department. Previous experience from a Personal Injury First Response role is required. The firm has been established for around 30 years and has a great reputation within the personal injury market. They offer great long term progression prospects for the right candidate.

- Taking the incoming calls from clients involved in a road traffic accident
- Taking all the initial details and adding them to the inhouse system
- Building relationships and providing a professional manner at all times
- Submitting files using the MOJ portal
- Arranging initial medical appointments for clients
- Arranging for the recovery of vehicles
- Chasing medical reports
- Liaising with other companies and internal departments to gather information
- Sending out initial paperwork
