Our client is a multinational company operating in the travel industry. Their headquarters are in Madrid, Spain.
Our client is looking to expand its legal team and has instructed us to source a Legal Counsel EMEA to be based at their headquarters. The role will require you to work closely with the business on a broad range of commercial and corporate law issues.
To qualify, you will be a Common Law qualified lawyer or you've had strong exposure to common law issues, with around 2 to 4 years of post qualified experience gained while working in the commercial contracts department of a top law firm. Prior experience in the travel industry or in the IT/Technology sector or in the distribution industry will be an asset but is not essential.
Fluency in English (mother tongue level) is essential to fill this role and knowledge of another European language will be considered a plus.
