Interim In-House Senior Commercial Property Lawyer

A well known not for profit organisation in Birmingham is looking to recruit a locum Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to provide assistance on an on-going basis. It is essential that you have a minimum of 4 years PQE and excellent experience of dealing with property ownership, title, freehold and leasehold issues (both registered and unregistered and to include covenants and easements). In addition to this experience of commercial leases; issuing new leases and interim licenses, licences for alterations and variations, and the termination of leases, is also key. Previous training and supervision of more junior staff is also preferred but not essential. This is great opportunity to make the move in-house and develop your experience further, the role also has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
