Private Equity Senior Associate - Central London

My client, a leading Global law firm is seeking applicants for multiple Senior associate positions within their Central London Corporate Practice.

The client is seeking top quality associates looking to take the next step in their career; or alternatively existing senior associates looking for a clear progression path within a top tier firm. The Firm:

A leading international firm ranked within the top ten largest law firms globally; my client has a highly regarded global presence with over 90 offices worldwide. They are recognised as a top tier law firm by various legal publications including the Legal 500 and Chambers.

The Role:

The firm and its lawyers support a range of clients including leading enterprises, financial institutions and emerging companies. As a full service law firm, the firm is able to manage the entire corporate lifecycle for their clients. The role involves both domestic and cross border transactions, commonly complex in nature, which provides a global insight complemented by in-depth local knowledge directly to the firms clients.

The successful candidate will be expected to take a lead role on transactions, while supervising over junior associates and legal support.

Corporate Senior Associate:

Ranked for their upper-markets transactions by the Legal 500, my client provides services covering the entirety of the corporate spectrum. Practices include M&A, equity capital markets, corporate governance, joint ventures, investment funds and venture capital. Sectors covered include but are not limited to energy, banking, insurance, life sciences, hospitality and leisure, technology and manufacturing.

Private Equity Senior Associate:

The private equity group represents private equity institutions, debt providers, management teams and portfolio companies through the entirety of the private equity life cycle. Due to the increasing requirement for private equity lawyers internationally, my client is well equipped with lawyers spanning across the Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Americas.

There is a heightened element of business development in this role; you will be expected to contribute towards driving new business while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be 4PQE+, although candidates below the stated PQE will be considered if they can demonstrably add value to the practice. Training from a top tier firm is required accompanied by excellent academics.
