The Opportunity:

You will be joining an award winning Employment team, with knowledge covering a full array is personnel issues including dismissal, protecting confidentiality, employment tribunals and team moves. You will be handling the legal, reputational and commercial risks associated with employment, occupational health and safety and industrial relations issues. This position is for a Managing Associate who is a solid all-rounder and is able to mentor and supervise more junior members of the team.

Technical Profile:

  • Excellent Academics
  • 5+ years PQE gained with a reputable UK private practice team
  • Technically strong
  • Self-confident 
  • Ability and desire to take on responsibility 
  • Strong experience of corporate support and leading on a range of transactional work, though exposure to advisory and litigation would be highly beneficial
