General Commercial Counsel - Top Retailer

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for a variety of general commercial matters, advising the business as well as drafting and negotiating contracts such as Ts & Cs, agency agreements, marketing, sponsorship, e-commerce and .com work for a household brand with a strong retail and online platform.

Candidates of interest will have a good education, will be city trained and have good experience of commercial law. The PQE bracket is not prohibitive, but candidates between 1 and 4 PQE are most likely to be suitable for this position.

The chosen candidate will work as part of a well functioning legal team with a very positive culture, and training will be provided both internally and externally.
