Your new role
A mid to senior level commercial generalist legal role in London, joining the respected legal function and reporting to an effective and commercially astute General Counsel. You will work as part of a small legal team that is very well integrated within the business, and is the first point of call as a reliable source of legal, commercial and strategic advice. You will lead in high value commercial contracts negotiations, support internal business functions and advise on a wide variety of other legal matters, including employment, intellectual property, dispute resolution and corporate work. Th work will combine UK and international matters, giving you a broader understanding of the company's global aspirations. You will use your exceptional communication skills and commercial acumen to advise the business as it continues its impressive upwards trajectory, and be adept at managing stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a mid to senior level lawyer with in-house commercial experience. You will be accustomed to taking on high levels of responsibility, able to work both as part of team and autonomously. You will have proven high value commercial contracts negotiation experience, and will recognise the importance of advising on varied legal matters in a small team. You will possess exceptional communication skills and the ambition to match the business goals of this unique organisation.
