In-house Commercial Lawyer

This award winning global organisation based in Oxfordshire is looking to on-board an exceptional commercial lawyer to manage all legal matters affecting the business, particularly with regard to the drafting and negotiation of high value contracts with both Public and Private Sector clients.

The successful candidate will have solid experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and have experience of IP, data protection, software licensing and IT contracts. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to concurrently manage multiple competing deadlines and work under pressure whilst being proactive in their approach.

This role would suit either a Private Practice lawyer wishing to move in-house or an in-house lawyer wanting to grow their career within Commerce & Industry.

As a guideline, we are keen to hear from candidates at the NQ-5PQE level although all candidates with the requisite skills will be considered
