Our client is a major leading international outsourcing, supply and energy company and they are looking to hire a sole in-house employment lawyer to based out of their offices in Glasgow.
The company are interested in speaking with employment law specialist lawyers with circa 5 + years PQE and a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Candidates from in-house and private practice are invited to apply but candidates must be able to demonstrate a broad range of employment law experience and be both versatile and adaptable and capable of working at multiple levels, as part of a fast paced and innovative company.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- TUPE;
- Redundancy & Restructuring;
- Disciplinary Matters;
- Discrimination;
- Dismissal;
- Training & Development;
- Employment law knowledge management.
