Residential Conveyancer required in a CQS accredited firm in Cambridgeshire on a full time permanent basis.
A CQS firm based in Cambridgeshire has grown from strength to strength since its establishment and in return now boasts an enviable reputation for providing a high quality legal service to individuals and businesses in the local region. Due to their continued success the firm is looking recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their dedicated property team on a full time permanent basis. This role would suit a Residential Conveyancer who has experience dealing with a wide range of matters and can quickly become an integral part of the team.
This exciting position will allow the Residential Conveyancer to run a mixed caseload of matters whilst dealing with existing clients, referrals and the opportunity to develop relationships with new clients. Applications for this Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, legal executives or licenced conveyancers with at least 5 years' PQE. Due to the nature of this role the Residential Conveyancer will be proficient in using case management systems and be able to thrive in a busy and dynamic environment.
