A traditional legal practice based in Liverpool is looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their busy firm on a full time locum basis on an ongoing basis. This firm is renowned for its client focus and have built a dedicated client base with an enviable reputation. This role would suit a Locum Residential seeking work on an ongoing basis.

This opportunity will allow the Locum Residential Conveyancer to run a full caseload of transactions which will include but is not restricted to: transfer of equity, sales, purchase, land registry and help to buy matters. Applications for this Locum Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, legal executives and licenced conveyancers or equivalent. Ideally the Locum Residential Conveyancer will be technically sound and able to hit the ground running in this short term locum role.
