Corporate Associate (1-2 PQE)

A pre-eminent and well-established international law firm is seeking an associate at the 1-2 PQE level to join their Corporate team in London.

The department has a fantastic client base, deep sector knowledge and specialises in all aspects of high quality corporate work, both domestic and international. The team operates in a wide-range of industry sectors, including media and advertising and is rapidly expanding in a variety of key geographical regions.

You will be working on a variety of corporate matters, including cross-border public and private M&A transactions, AIM, advising clients in private equity backed deals, JVs, ECMs and corporate finance. Such a candidate will have top-tier experience, strong academics and be a team player. The role will suit an individual who embraces building relationships and business development.
