This clinical negligence team is particularly noted for expertise within the defendant medical negligence field and the team has a number individuals recognised by independent legal directories as leading individuals within the area. Due to the size of the team, you will be involved in a broad range of matters dealing with complex medical issues including both physiological and psychiatric claims. You will deal with a plethora of claims defending high-end clients in the clinical negligence sphere.
Candidates must have strong academics and have gained a minimum of 5 years' clinical negligence experience within a reputable City or regional law firm.
