Construction Senior Associate, 7+ PQE
Our client, a well-regarded firm based in London, is looking to hire a senior associate to join their high -ranking Construction team.
The role will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious work; acting for all parties involved in the construction process including funds, developers, occupiers, contractors and consultants. You will also be drafting and negotiating all of the main standard form construction contracts and appointments; including those produced by the JCT, NEC, ACE, RIBA, CIC and the FIDIC.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, as well as significant experience in a well-regarded construction practice.
This role has significant career progression prospects, and would suit an individual with a flair for business development. Whilst a following is not required it would be highly desirable.
