Our client is currently recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team based at their office in Birmingham City Centre. You will be required to undertake all tasks from inception to completion of each file. Successful applicants will be expected to manage a busy small team. Ideally you will be a Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer with 3 years' PQE and be an experienced conveyancer. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail is essential due to the nature of the work.
