Real Estate Litigation Partner

You will be joining a City firm that focuses almost entirely on real estate transactional and financial work. They presently have a modest disputes offering and are seeking a lateral partner with current experience of acting for large developers, financial institutions, funds etc.

You will presently be a partner within a substantial City practice and will need to be able to demonstrate that you are the trusted advisor to clients similar to those represented by our client. You may feel that within your current firm that you voice is not heard or that property disputes work is not central to the firm.

Within this position you will be invited to not only guide the strategy and growth of the disputes practice but will be part of the leadership team and will be called upon to assist in defining and delivering upon the strategy of the firm as a whole. Our client does not have a long hours culture, nor does it wish to acquire one - they balance high quality work with reasonable revenue expectations and a high quality of life for partners, associates and support staff alike.

Individuals who are able to demonstrate a capacity for developing sustainable and profitable teams would be of interest and indeed our client would consider a team approach if such were available.
