A Global Law firm located in the City which has over 70 meeting rooms is looking for a legal receptionist to join their FOH Helpdesk team. Your role is to provide a first class professional reception service. Your duties will include co-ordinating all aspects of client and internal meetings as per requests made by staff and clients, to ensure that a high standard of customer service is provided at all times, conduct regular room checks to ensure all rooms are set for upcoming meetings, and to assist with the facilities helpdesk, taking calls and reporting jobs when necessary. This is an excellent role for someone who has a positive and flexible approach to work. Experience as a legal receptionist is required, preferably with experience dealing with near to 50 meeting rooms.
