In House ISDA Negotiator – Energy Trading
We seek an experienced in house contracts negotiator / manager.
Experience in European energy trading sector essential.
Role includes:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
- Liaising with and providing instruction to in-house legal department as required. Primarily ISDA Master Agreements and associated schedules and annexes, also IETAs GTMAs, EFETs etc.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders including the Legal, Risk and Regulatory sections to resolve issues and obtain relevant approvals.
- Managing and leading the commercial negotiation process with external counterparties and managing the pipeline of negotiations internally to ensure accurate and timely execution of documents within the framework of tight deadlines
