In House Senior Lawyer – Facilities Management – London

An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a business that have operations spanning the globe. This is a newly created role with one of the biggest players in the energy market.

You will enjoy leading an increasingly growing and successful division and can expect to handle contracts, outsourcing transactions and international negotiations on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for the direction of this particular part of the business – there may be the possibility of developing and managing your own team in the future.

You can also expect to handle corporate governance, risk, compliance, employment and IP matters.

Requirements

• Eligible to work the in the UK
• Would ideally suit an 8 – 10 years’ lawyer *
• Experienced in drafting and negotiating outsourcing / commercial agreements, and leading complex cross-border transactions
• In house experience
• International exposure
• Energy sector background (preferred)
