An exciting opportunity now exists for a Mid-level Real Estate Solicitor (c.3-5 PQE) to join a busy Real Estate practice, which remains confident and optimistic despite the current climate.
The practice is different to the normal City Real Estate practice in that the client base is so broad and will include clients in a much wider range of sectors than is typically seen, these include: luxury brands, leisure/hospitality, cultural/art institutions and charities, as well as investors.
The work will accordingly be a varied diet of L&T, acquisitions, disposals, mixed-use developments, lending and refinancing etc. There may also be some very, very, high-end Resi work.
The team require a Real Estate Solicitor with a strong academic record and the desire to work on a truly broad range of work for an interesting and varied client base. Experience is likely to have been gained in a leading West-End or City Real Estate practice.
