Well Respected City firm are seeking a Construction Litigation Solicitor with circa. 2 PQE to join their Environmental and Construction Team.
The Team has a good reputation for their litigation work covering a variety of high level matters, with a focus on advising insurers and their insureds.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience with both Defendant and Claimant Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation. Previous experience of contentious and non-contentious matters is essential as is sound expertise in the construction industry. Exposure to construction insurance law would be advantageous.
