Corporate Associate, 5+ PQE
Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire a corporate associate to join their London office.
The role will involve advising on a wide variety of corporate transactions including private equity matters, equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Clients will include internationally-renowned brands, major financial institutions, investment funds, innovators and wealthy private individuals and their businesses.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in a leading corporate practice, as well as an excellent academic history. They will be forward thinking with a commercial approach to their work. In addition to this, they will have experience in business development and ideally a substantial client following.
