Law Costs Draftsman - Cardiff - £Neg

My client, a forward thinking, award-winning Solicitors firm based in the heart of Cardiff is looking to recruit a Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyer to join their expanding team.

The successful applicant for this Costs Draftsperson position will have proven experience within Costs and in return for this experience, the firm can offer excellent benefits, remuneration package and genuine progression.

DUTIES (will include but not be exclusive to:)
Draft Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute and Points of Reply.
Negotiate costs with opponents.
Provide advice to clients.
Manage a caseload of files to meet deadline and maintain client satisfaction.
Conduct the costs work from the drafting of the bill to provisional or detailed assessment as required.
Prepare budgets..
