Our client is a well-known MNC operating internationally. This business is going through a phase of expansion and the legal team is growing to support this expansion.
A new opportunity now exists for a lawyer with property & real estate law experience.
For consideration you must be;
- An experienced lawyer circa 5-8 PQE with solid technical abilities gained with a recognised law firm.
- Fluent English and Arabic are essential
- Candidates must have broad-based property / real estate law experience, ideally with some in-house exposure
- Experience in properties i.e. dealing with rental committees, leasing agreements etc in the UAE – RERA etc.
- Project work experience encompassing FIDIC regulations and arbitration
- Asset Management experience is essential.
