Real Estate & Projects Solicitor, 3-6 PQE
Our client, a well-established City firm, is looking to hire a mid level Associate to join their Real Estate & Projects team.
The role will see your involvement in complex site acquisition and development projects; including section 106's, development agreements, conditional contracts, potential title problems and legal completion. You will also be involved in the management and development of more junior fee earners.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and experience as a property solicitor at a reputable firm, including some experience in site acquisition and development work. They will have a flexible and commercial approach to their work, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.
