Locum Property Solicitor

Our firm based in Hertfordshire are seeking to hire a Locum Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor to start immediately and assist whilst a permanent hire can be found. For the right candidate and if desired, a permanent role can be offered.

Dealing with a caseload of 50% residential and 50% commercial property, the caseload is light and is mid to high net worth with new matters on a daily basis. Secretarial support is available on a pool basis.

The right Locum Property Solicitor will be available immediately and able to demonstrate both residential and commercial property experience at mid and high net worth range.

The firm are a traditionally based practice, warm and welcoming. They are able to offer £30-35 per hour and are walking distance from the train station.
