Highly regarded Law firm in a wonderful West London location, with an extensive client portfolio, aims to further enhance their non-contentious construction group.

Applications are invited from talented lawyers aiming to utilise and develop their talents non-contentious construction matters and become part of a very well regarded team located in this very successful law firm.

The extensive range of work will encompass:

  • Contract strategies
  • Drafting and advising in relation to all types of building and engineering contracts
  • Development agreements
  • Pre-construction services agreements
  • Drafting and advising on all types of professional appointment documents
  • Collateral warranties and third party rights


It is thought that the team ideally requires 1, 2 or 3 years post qualification experience in non-contentious construction matters. Through the strength of the team, a budding and talented construction lawyer with just 6 months PQE may be considered  


This level is seen as a guide as it is thought that the successful Construction lawyer will need to have gained at least 12 month PQE to have the breadth and exposure to cope with the matters that await.
