RTA Litigation Executive - Bolton
Are you an experienced RTA fee earner looking to join a traditional and friendly personal injury firm based in Bolton?
Due to expansion they are seeking to grow their personal injury department with an enthusiastic RTA Litigation Executive to handle a caseload of predominately litigated road traffic accident cases.
As an RTA litigation fee earner you will be responsible for handling a caseload of matters from inception through to conclusion including litigation. You will need to be self-sufficient, motivated, hard working with the attitude and determination to help continue growing the business.
The successful candidate will have experience dealing with a litigation caseload within RTA and hold solid Fast Track and ideally Multi Track fee earning experience. The firm will consider experienced Fee Earners, qualified Litigation Executives and RTA Solicitors. This is a fantastic opportunity that has arisen for a motivated individual looking to progress their career within the Personal Injury sector.
